How long does shipping take?

1–2 business days to prepare, then 7–12 business days to the United States and 10–18 business days to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. We work with official distribution and everything arrives factory-sealed.

Can I return an opened product?

Skincare is a personal-use product, so we can't resell it once opened. If it arrived damaged or the formula is faulty, send a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Will I pay customs?

Any duty or tax your country charges is not included in the price and is paid by you on delivery.

Which product should I start with?
